

My first post!
I've started the journey to get healthy (and I've decided to take an early start to a New Year's resolution because we all know how those end....)
This blog is about my food finds, tips, recipes and hardships! Going from a heavy brown (carb/sugar/salt) diet to a healthy (colourful/green) diet is my plan. I've always loved to cook, but I had gotten lazy in the past year with takeout, microwaved & reheated foods. I'm ready to explore fresh flavours, new ingredients and the joy of cooking again!
